Payment and Fees

Initial telephone enquiries and discussion around arranging a first appointment are welcomed and not charged for.

Initial Assessment appointments (duration 90 minutes) £130

Follow-Up Appointments (duration 60 minutes) £100

Fees may vary from those stated for referrals funded via insurance, for specific types of assessment and reports, and for training/consultation or supervision activities.

Payment is accepted by BACS, cash or cheque (payable to Inside Out Psychology).  Most major debit and credit cards are also accepted.  Payment can be made in advance of the appointment or on the day.  Invoices will not be issued for self-funding clients.

Maria is also registered with most private healthcare insurance providers, including Aviva, AXA-PPP Healthcare, Bupa, Cigna, Vitality, and WPA.  You will need to inform us, prior to your first appointment, if this is how you wish your sessions to be funded.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or re-arrangements made for planned appointments.  Notice given with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.  Non-attendance is also charged at the full sessional rate.
